Good or bad brainfood

As part of the Minimed lecture series for laypersons VASCage CSO Stefan Kiechl gave a lecture on beneficial or detrimental effects of nutrion on the brain function. The definition of healthy nutrition has changed during the last 3-4 years. Fat has turned out to be the least and sugar the most harmful energy source. The critical value of regular alcohol consumption has been further reduced. The lecture in Innsbruck was very well attended and the audience used the opportunity to pose general as well as individual questions.
